Paper Format

NCISM Journal Paper Format Guidelines

Authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the official NCISM Journal template format. The following key guidelines describe the formatting requirements for preparing your paper:

• Document Layout: Single-column format on standard A4 paper size, with normal margins set to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
• Typography: The primary font should be Times New Roman throughout the entire document.
• Font Sizes: Title should be 14pt (Bold, Uppercase), Section Headings 12pt (Bold, Uppercase), Subsection Headings 11pt (Bold), Body text 11pt, and References 10pt.
• Author Block: All authors' full names, institutional affiliations, and Email IDs are compulsory.
• Tables & Figures: Each table must include a table number and heading (e.g. Table 1: Table Heading). Each figure must include a figure number and caption (e.g. Figure 1: Caption).
• Abstract: A concise single-paragraph summary of the work, not exceeding 250 words, positioned at the start of the paper.
